Blog 21 - Fourth Interview Questions

  1. Who do you plan to interview? What is this person's area of expertise?
    •  I am not quite sure who I can interview this time, but I am asking around hoping to get either a graphic designer or a digital marketer in order to explore more of my answers 1 and 2 to gain insight on those since I am able to get most of my information on my answer 3 from my mentor.
  2. Post 20 open-ended questions you want to ask an expert in the field concerning your senior project. Your focus should be finding answers to your EQ.
    • EQ: What is the best web development practice that ensures the client a satisfying experience?
      • How would you approach this question?
      • What sources would you look into or try to look for in order to find answers?
      • If you could give one solid answer, what would it be (if at all possible)?
      • I have three working answers at the moment and would like to know if you had any input or opinions on which would be the "best" answer?
    • What would you say is the ultimate goal of someone in your profession concerning the client and their [expectations]?
    • How would you describe the actual process of designing anything versus what you think the ideal process is?
    • How would you approach possible clientele?
      • How do you handle them or what do you do in order to give them the best experience possible?
      • Are their needs always met? If not, how would you resolve any issues without making it a difficult experience for all those involved?
    • From a professional standpoint, what is the preferred design practice?
      •  How about from a personal standpoint?
    •  Going back to the essential question, would you say that there is a definitive answer?
    • What compromises, if any, would one have to make in order to ensure the satisfaction of all those involved?
    • What is the most important quality that any design should have?
      • Are there any advantages or disadvantages to that?
    •  How would you describe the most perfect/flawless design you've ever seen?
    • What would you say is the biggest challenge to balancing a good design and a hard to please client?
    • If this particular issue isn't solved, what other issues might arise further down the line and how would you avoid them?
    • If there were no restrictions on you, how would that change things?
      • What would you like to change/see change and why?
