- What are you most proud of in your Lesson 2 Presentation and why?
- I suppose that I am most proud of my hook activity. I first thought that using the same activity from the first lesson would have been a problem, however, I decided that I could change the pictures I used into more humorous images which I think worked even better.
- What assessment would you give yourself on your Lesson 2 Presentation?
- Self-assessment
- AE P (AP) CR NC
- Explain why you deserve that grade using evidence from the Lesson 2 component contract.
- I would like to think that I managed to hit most of the points on the rubric, however, I do see that I may have somewhat lacked in the usage of props or more specific evidence from my mentorship. Maybe I could have included sites that I personally worked on as examples as well.
- What worked for you in your Lesson 2?
- I would say that it was a very pleasant environment to present in. Everyone was very courteous and encouraging. Other than that, I couldn't pinpoint an exact element that worked for me, but I did end up somewhat pleased after my presentation which is more than I would have expected in the beginning.
- What didn't work? If you had a time machine, what would you have done differently to improve your Lesson 2?
- I wish I could remember more of the points that I knew I had on hand but managed to completely gloss over or cut out of the presentation most likely due to nerves. More practice would have probably been the only way to get around this issue.
- What do you think your answer #2 is going to be?
- Approaching design through custom programming which requires more technical skills on the web designer's part as well as the clients. [Will explore the pros and cons of this approach in terms of how it will affect the client(s)]
